We're launching a new course aimed at improving communication in the ICU! IntensiveTalk is a train-the-trainer course--we're recruiting teams of critical care faculty and palliative care faculty to a new f2f course that will equip them to roll out an engaging, interactive, evidence-based course for critical care fellows. The communication content we're teaching reflects the latest empirical findings--and this course is unique is aiming at the family members who are at the beside in the ICU and who clinicians need to connect with to make difficult medical decisions.
